Company Profile: A luxury Hotel in the Philippines is hiring a Korean Speaking VIP host for Korean VIP Guests This hotel is a 5 star hotel that is popular to both Filipino and foreigners around the globe. Currently one of the most visited hotels in the Philippines.
Position: Korean VIP Host
Industry: 5 Star Luxury Hotel
Salary: P 120,000 + High Incentives and Bonuses
Location: Pasay
Schedule: 5 days a week (2 days off)
Shift: Rotational (this is Hotel and Resort)

REQUIREMENTS:
Korean national (must be native Korean)
Open to half Korean / Half Filipino
Can speak Korean to Korean Vip Guests
Can speak Basic English
Self confidence and can assist Korean VIPS
Has great customer service for High end clients
No work experience required but willing to undergo training
Degree holder or undergraduate of any course
Experience in guest relation is not important but must be passionate in customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Korean VIPs, Celebrities, Important Guests in Korean language
Build relationship with Korean customers by welcoming them in the hotel
Assist guest with their needs such as snacks, bottle of wine, drinks and payments
Build guest loyalty to ensure great customer satisfaction
Welcome and invite the VIP guests and explain VIP programs
Provide great customer experience by addressing the VIP requests
