Requirements:
Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
Korean national with permanent visa holder

Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site
Responsibilities:
Assist Korean clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls.
Respond to Korean clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
