A Consultancy company providing Roadside Assistance is a service given to premium users which help them dial and connect to Korean helpdesk as soon as possible especially during times of emergencies.
Position: Korean Online Assistant (Emergency calls only)
Nature of job: emergency calls only – very few calls daily
Account: Korean Premium Customers
Salary: P 100,000 Monthly
Schedule: Dayshift and Night shift
Working Time: 6am to 2pm / 3pm to 12 / 9pm to 6am
Days off: 2 days a week

Requirements:
Native Korean
Korean who speak basic to conversational English
Graduates or high school graduates
No work experience required
Open to candidates who are fresh graduates or no experience
Open to Korean candidates who are from Korea but willing to be in the Philippines
Open to Korean National in tourist visa (VISA WILL BE PROVIDED FOR FREE)
Willing to work in a relax environment and few calls and emails
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ask Korean about their basic information such as name, number, location
Connect the Korean user to the appropriate dept like technical and customer care
Answer emergency calls from premium Korean users
Help users connect with insurance company for the loss
Connect Korean users to the helpdesk for immediate assistance
Connect users to the department who can assist the user’s emergency
