Position: French Customer Experience Specialist (Project Based for 4 months contract)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national or Foreign national who owns a Permanent Visa in the Philippines
Someone who can speak, read, and write French language proficiently
Open to graduates or undergraduates
Customer Support related experience is preferred but not required
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics.
Coordinating customers' concerns with all the departments.
Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
Learn the online system and technical aspects of the products.
Help customers navigate the live stream platform
