Position: German Purchasing Coordinator
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder of any course
Foreign National fluent in German and English
At least have purchasing, procurement, or related field work experience.
Proficient in German and English Language both verbal and written
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
Willing to be flexible and can work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research potential suppliers and vendors
Track inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain good relationships with the clients and provide quality of customer service
Manage and review sales data or record
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
