Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in French
Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
Proficient in both French and English
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
Customer Service experience is a plus
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Spanish-speaking clients
Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
Resolves payment complaints
