Responsibilities:
• Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
• Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
• Handle customer and other department inquiries.
• Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
• Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
• Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
Requirements:
• Korean national abroad or in the Philippines
• Open for Undergraduates
• Can speak English language
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
