Job Description:
Daily management of production processes including planning & control, material & inventory control and manpower planning.
Liaise with QC department for any non-conformance arising during the production process, troubleshoot and resolve non-conformance.
Training of production personnel.
To assist in implement and control of company’s quality assurance system.
To assist in investigating, analysing and verifying in the cause of non-conformance of compound and its remedy.
To organize and control plant machinery maintenance.
To ensure that all employees work in a safe working environment.
Job Requirement
Age: 35 – 50 years’ old
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably MANUFACTURING of POLYETHYLENE ("PE") ENGINEERING PLASTIC PRODUCTS
At least five (5) years working experience in manufacturing Industry.
Required skill(s): Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
