REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to College undergraduates and Bachelor's
Degree graduates of any course
Proficient in Mandarin, Korean, and English.
Having at least 2 years of Marketing experience.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, and creative
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Communicates with guests actively to understand their schedule, needs, and habits, and provides high-quality services.
Handles customer complaints properly.
Maintains daily operations, plans, and tracks effectiveness, as well as arranges and allocates manpower.
Implements customer expansion strategies, adjusts strategies according to market conditions, and updates performance-setting gaps weekly.
Conducts preliminary analysis and negotiations with customers who want to negotiate business, and prepares new plans and activities based
on market competition information.
Promotes all the group's businesses prepares event lists and invites customers to attend.
