Position Title : QA/QC Inspector Electrical (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Aramco approval as a QA/QC Inspector for Instrumentation is mandatory.
Extensive experience in quality control for instrumentation works, particularly on Aramco projects.
Strong understanding of instrumentation systems, industry standards (such as ISA, IEC), and Aramco’s specific requirements.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting instrumentation drawings, technical documents, and inspection test plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor the installation and calibration of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and other related equipment, to ensure compliance with Aramco’s quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct testing and inspections of instrumentation systems, such as loop checks, functional tests, and calibration verification, to ensure correct operation and accuracy.
Review and approve instrumentation drawings, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and other related technical documentation.
Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or quality issues, and collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure that all instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards, regulations, and Aramco’s specific safety requirements.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any quality-related issues and ensure that project milestones are met.
Liaise with Aramco quality representatives and other stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements are understood and met.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records, including calibration certificates and quality control documentation.
Conduct audits and assessments of instrumentation works to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
Stay updated on industry standards, Aramco specifications, and advancements in instrumentation technology.
