Position Title : QA/QC Inspector Instrumentation (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
ARAMCO Approval (This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position)
SAP Certification
CBT Certification
8–15 years of experience in QA/QC within the instrumentation field, specifically in the oil & gas or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to perform inspections, audits, and compliance checks in line with Aramco’s quality standards.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, Aramco specifications, and quality control procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality control checks for instrumentation installations to ensure compliance with Aramco's standards and project specifications.
Monitor and verify the quality of instrumentation materials, workmanship, and methods to meet project requirements.
Review and approve instrumentation installation methods, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality control plans.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and Aramco's quality requirements.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities and deviations, working with project teams for corrective actions.
Perform regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve instrumentation-related issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, including test results and quality control documentation.
Liaise with Aramco representatives and other stakeholders to ensure that all quality requirements are understood and met.
Stay updated on the latest industry standards, best practices, and Aramco’s quality specifications.
