Position Title : QA/QC Inspector Piping (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related field.
Aramco approval as a QA/QC Inspector for Piping is mandatory.
Extensive experience in quality control for piping works, particularly on Aramco projects.
Strong understanding of piping systems, industry standards (such as ASME B31.3), and Aramco’s specific requirements.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting piping drawings, technical documents, and inspection test plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor piping installations, including fabrication, erection, and testing of piping systems, to ensure they meet Aramco’s quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and testing of piping systems, such as pressure tests, weld inspections, and alignment checks, to verify compliance with quality standards.
Review and approve piping drawings, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and other related technical documentation.
Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or quality issues, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure that all piping activities adhere to industry safety standards, regulations, and Aramco’s specific safety requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Liaise with Aramco quality representatives and other stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements are understood and met.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records, including test results and quality control documentation.
Conduct audits and assessments of piping works to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
Stay updated on industry standards, Aramco specifications, and advancements in piping technology.
