Position Title : QA/QC Coating Inspector (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
Aramco approval as a QA/QC Coating Inspector is mandatory.
Extensive experience in coating inspection within the oil and gas industry, particularly on Aramco projects.
In-depth knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation methods, and application techniques.
Strong understanding of industry standards, including NACE, SSPC, and Aramco’s coating specifications.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment for measuring coating thickness, adhesion, and other quality parameters.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality work.
Willingness to work in various project locations and under different environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect surface preparation, coating, and painting processes to ensure they meet Aramco’s quality standards and project specifications.
Verify that all coating materials used on-site comply with the approved specifications and project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed work, documenting the results and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Monitor environmental conditions, such as humidity and temperature, during the coating application process to ensure compliance with specifications.
Ensure that all coating and painting activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and industry best practices.
Identify and document non-conformities, and collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Review and approve coating procedures, method statements, and quality plans.
Liaise with Aramco representatives and other stakeholders to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records for quality control purposes.
Stay updated on industry standards, Aramco specifications, and advancements in coating technology to ensure continuous improvement.
