Position Title : Rigger - Level 3
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 8000- 9000/month
Certification - ARAMCO RIGGER LEVEL 1/2/3
Mandatory Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Rigger certification (e.g., NCCCO, LEEA) is required.
5+ years of experience in rigging, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or advanced role.
Advanced knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and lifting procedures.
Familiarity with relevant safety standards (OSHA, ANSI, etc.) and best practices.
Ability to plan and supervise complex rigging operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and calculate load requirements, lifting methods, and rigging equipment selection.
Inspect rigging equipment, including slings, ropes, and hoists, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Ensure proper rigging and lifting techniques to prevent damage or injury.
Perform rigging operations in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and training to junior riggers on rigging techniques and safety practices.
Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and other teams to ensure safe execution of lifts.
Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, equipment inspections, and safety procedures.
Identify and report any rigging hazards or unsafe practices to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and site safety rules.
Participate in project meetings to discuss quality control concerns and improvements.
Monitor field activities to ensure safety and compliance with environmental standards.
Supervise and execute rigging operations for the safe lifting and moving of heavy equipment and materials.
