Position Title :Welding QC Inspector/Supervisor
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 5000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, ISO , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding or quality control preferred.
3+ years of experience in welding inspection or QC, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of welding techniques, codes, and standards.
Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS CWI, CSWIP) preferred.
Proficiency in visual inspection and NDT methods.
Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Safety awareness and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.
Supervise welding operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Review welding procedures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Conduct visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds (e.g., ultrasonic, X-ray).
Verify material specifications and welding methods to ensure correct materials are used.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during welding processes.
Train and guide welders on quality standards and best practices.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and records.
Monitor welding equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
Assist in root cause analysis of welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production) to address quality concerns.
