Position Title :Mechanical QC Inspector (Static & Equipment)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, ISO , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
8-15 years of relevant experience in mechanical QC inspection, specifically with static equipment.
ARAMCO Approval and ISO certification required.
Certification in CBT (Certified Welding Inspector) is a must.
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and ARAMCO standards.
Proficient in NDT techniques (VT, UT, RT).
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect static mechanical equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems) for compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) such as visual inspection (VT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and radiographic testing (RT).
Ensure adherence to ARAMCO standards, ISO, and other relevant codes.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures for compliance.
Report non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure quality control.
Prepare inspection reports and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure safety and environmental standards during inspections.
