Position Title : E&I QC Inspector
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, ISO , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation quality control or inspection roles in the construction or industrial sectors.
Relevant certifications in electrical and instrumentation inspection (e.g., NACE, ISA, NEBOSH, or similar).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, control devices, and related installation practices.
Familiarity with local and international standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, ASTM, ISO) for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to work sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Verify the proper installation of electrical wiring, cables, equipment, and instrumentation, ensuring all connections and terminations are secure and correctly installed.
Perform routine inspections and tests on electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure they are operating according to design specifications.
Verify that calibration and configuration of instrumentation systems are completed correctly and according to project specifications.
Conduct visual inspections and tests to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical components, systems, and instrumentation.
Document inspection results, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and testing outcomes.
Ensure all electrical and instrumentation installations comply with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve issues related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and control devices.
Review and verify quality control documentation and test records for compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of electrical and instrumentation materials on-site to avoid damage or degradation.
