Position Title : Piping QC Inspector
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, ISO , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Aramco Experience and CBT is a mandatory
Relevant certifications (e.g., ASME, API, or ISO 9001).
Strong knowledge of piping systems, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, ASME IX).
Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
Ability to work in varying site conditions and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and test piping systems, welds, and materials for compliance with specifications.
Review and verify piping drawings, diagrams, and isometrics for accuracy and conformance.
Monitor and inspect welding processes, including visual inspections and weld testing (e.g., NDT).
Verify that all pipe fittings, valves, and supports meet the project requirements.
Ensure proper installation of piping systems, including alignment, welding, and supports.
Perform pressure testing and other required tests to validate system integrity.
Identify and report any non-conformances, recommending corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards on-site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
