Position Title : Electrical QC Inspector
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 6000- 8000/month
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, ISO , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality control or electrical inspection roles within the construction or industrial sectors.
Relevant certifications in electrical inspections (e.g., NEC, IEC, or equivalent certifications).
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, installation practices, and testing procedures.
Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, BS, ISO).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to work sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, panels, and electrical equipment, to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes.
Verify the proper installation, termination, and connection of electrical components and systems, ensuring that all connections are secure and meet industry standards.
Conduct tests on electrical systems and components (e.g., insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, voltage tests) to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Inspect and verify the quality of electrical materials, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications before use.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of the design.
Monitor and enforce safety practices on-site to ensure that all electrical installations adhere to safety regulations and mitigate the risk of electrical hazards.
Document inspection results, including any non-conformities, corrective actions, and final acceptance of electrical systems.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve any electrical issues or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IECEx).
Maintain records of inspection reports, test results, and quality assurance documentation for future reference and regulatory compliance.
