Position Title : QA/QC Inspector Mechanical (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary : 8000/month Complete
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Aramco approval as a QA/QC Inspector for Mechanical works is mandatory.
Extensive experience in quality control for mechanical works, particularly on Aramco projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industry standards (such as ASME, API), and Aramco’s specific requirements.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical documents, and inspection test plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor mechanical installations (piping, HVAC, pressure vessels, rotating equipment) to ensure compliance with Aramco’s quality standards and specifications.
Perform testing and inspections (pressure tests, alignment checks, weld inspections) to verify quality.
Review and approve mechanical drawings, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and related documentation.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities, collaborating with the team on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, regulations, and Aramco-specific safety requirements.
Work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and meet project milestones.
Liaise with Aramco quality representatives to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, logs, and quality control documentation.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Stay updated on industry standards, Aramco specifications, and advancements in mechanical engineering.
