Position: Mandarin Medical Assistance Specialist

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up | 1 to 3 days a week on-site after the training period

Php 6,000 Transportation allowance (fixed, taxable).

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Fil-Chi who can speak Mandarin & English language
Open to Fresh graduates.
Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any Life Science or Healthcare related Courses (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.)
Having Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a big advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Responsible for providing medical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients regarding the drugs or products of our client regarding the dosage, formulation, counter indication, and any listed side effects.
Responds accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries received via phone, email, internet, or mail about pharmaceutical or device products.
Processes fulfillments and provides clinical trial information or after-hours on-call support.
Works closely with internal and external client contacts (up to and including members of client management) to resolve complex inquiries.
