Responsibilities:
Maintain SPA Technical Laboratory to ensure smooth operation which include maintaining the chemical, material and equipment inventory, upkeep equipment condition. Ensure compliance to standards and regulations.
Assist in supporting SPA business by taking part in development of new solutions from idea generation to laboratory trial and evaluation in final application where necessary. Development of application tests or source for external test collaboration according to market needs.
Assist in supporting SPA business by taking part in development of new solutions from idea generation to laboratory trial and evaluation in final application where necessary.
Assist in business development projects by conducting necessary research and laboratory experiments.
Assist in handling customers’ technical issue/customer complaint by coordinating necessary internal activities and carry out necessary laboratory investigations.
Coordinate and follow up with Manufacturing and QA/QC Division for products development and improvement activities.
Updates, familiarizes & document norm and standards for different criteria of products according to application and region.
Carry out tasks and activities that arise according to market needs, and any other task and duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material) or related field
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Strong research and analytical skill
Good communication skill and team player
Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Any others language will be advantage.
Knowledge in the field of oleochemistry, surface chemistry will be advantage
