Job Details / Requirements
Graduate of any IT Related field
With 2 years experience in SQL, PowerBI, and Report Analytics
Will work directly with both client and internal call center stakeholders to build, customize, generate and analyze reports that leverage a wide range of data sets to better understand efficacy of marketing initiatives, quality metrics, customer behaviors, and overall KPI attainment
