REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
Graduate in a business management course or any related field.
At least 1 year experience in doing Admin-related tasks.
Ability to translate documents in English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Translate documents to English and Mandarin.
Schedule meetings/event and takes detailed notes.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Additional tasks will be given by the immediate supervisor.
