Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 105,000 + Php 150,000 Sign-On Bonus
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up ( 2 to 3 times work on-site, TUESDAY-mandatory report to office)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
Graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or any related courses.
At least 1 year experience in recruitment; identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans.
Experience recruiting for the FMCG industry is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal skills documentation and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Collaborate with hiring managers to devise a recruiting approach and action plan to fill needed positions.
Support the company’s Taiwan entity, factory, and Market for Operation.
Responsible for supporting research and sourcing candidates as needed.
Conduct phone interviews with candidates and assist in matching and creating a shortlist of individual recommendations for follow-up interviews.
Communicating with the applicants for their schedule, updates for their application, and providing feedback for both candidates and hiring managers' end.
Maintain and manage relationships with direct business partners.
