Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor
1297155 BC Ltd. O/A The Old Mill Beer & Wine is currently hiring a Liquor Store Supervisor for Permanent, full-time position to join the team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff
• Assign duties to sales staff and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• Implementing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries.
Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Salary: $24.52/hour for 40 hours per week
