Position: Mandarin Travel Coordinator
Company Industry: Travel and Tours Company
Work Location: Parañaque City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule ( 6 working days)
( Monday-Friday (9 AM-6 PM) | Saturday (9 AM-3 PM) (WFH) except every 3rd Saturday of the month also if they are required to come to the office)
Salary: Php 45,000-Php 50,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language
Open to high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates (hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields are preferred)
Relevant experience in a Customer Service environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred.
A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Answering client inquiries, providing recommendations and advice, making reservations, and managing payments.
Resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Ensuring that all travel arrangements meet the client's needs and expectations.
Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese/Foreign speaking clients seeking travel services (Inbound or Outbound)
