REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Have a strong communication skills, able to build good relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and partners.
Familiar with event planning processes, with basic project management capabilities.
Highly responsible and detail-oriented, capable of handling unexpected situations quickly.
Having experience in event hosting or on-site coordination is a plus.
Knowledgeable in office software (Excel, PPT, Word) with basic data analysis skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Events Coordinator is responsible for developing event plans, including event flow, personnel arrangement, and contingency plans.
Mandarin Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the event's execution on-site, ensuring smooth operations, and handling any unexpected situations promptly.
Conducting ocular visits to evaluate suitable offline event venues based on event requirements (e.g., hotels, conference centers, studios, exhibition halls, etc.).
Responsible for receiving VIP guests ensuring a positive event experience.
Arrange event-related materials, gifts, and check-in systems to ensure all event details are well-managed.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess venue facilities, environment, and transportation convenience, and provide recommendations and reports.
