Always think from the customer's perspective and propose layouts for sales floors that are easy to see and search. ・Predict and research domestic and international interior trends, domestic living environments, etc. (English and Japanese) ・Plan promotional exhibitions that convey the appeal of products based on seasons and themes ・Provide functional and beautiful home furnishing ideas based on knowledge of interiors and lifestyles ・Propose and set up functional room set layouts and communicate the benefits of products ・Negotiate with contractors such as architects and general contractors
[Requirements] ・Ages 20-30・Specialization in architecture, interior design, or art ・Junior college graduate or above ・General knowledge of interior design and visual merchandising ・Japanese N2 or above, English TOEIC 650 or above (conversion possible) ・Submit a portfolio of work ・Ability to think and act independently, as is the case for a startup company
