REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance-related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in invoice processing, P2P, or procurement.
Knowledgeable with purchase order tools (e.g. Coupa, ZIP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Receive, verify, and process incoming invoices.
Ensure accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Resolve any discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders or receipts.
Update and maintain records of processed invoices in the accounting system.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to clarify invoice details and resolve issues.
Assist in generating regular reports on invoice status and payment processing.
Maintain organized documentation of all invoices processed.
Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
Support audit and compliance processes as required.
