Position: Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk Company Industry: America’s Leading Brand for Trusted Medicine and Medical Devices Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set-Up (3 days work at home and 2 days work on-site or vice versa) Account: Inhouse Medicines and Devices BENEFITS : Laptop provided Php 6,000 Transportation allowance (fixed, taxable). Php 2,000 Rice allowance (fixed; non-taxable). 15 vacation leave credits (available on the first day on a pro-rated basis; up to 10 days of leave encashment is available by year-end) 15 sick leave credits (available upon regularization/6 months; pro-rated) HMO Insurance for the employee available on Day 1. 13th month Pay Government Mandated Benefits Competitive remuneration Annual Merit (Salary) Increase and Annual Performance Bonus REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin. Basic to Conversational in the English Language. Highly preferred Fresh Graduates and No Experience is Required Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus. Having Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a big advantage, but no experience is welcome to apply as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals. Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates and dosages Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices Provide possible side effects of the medicines Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.
