Job Description:
Develop and update a creative and well-balanced menu that reflects the restaurant’s concept and appeals to customer preferences.
Prepare and cook meals with a strong emphasis on consistency, quality, flavor, and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, manage shift schedules, and ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders as needed, and implement measures to minimize food waste and control costs.
Train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and proper food handling practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards before serving.
Requirements:
Language: English
Education: secondary education is required
Experience: 2 year to less than3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
