Requirements of the Job:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to high school, Undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates of any courses.
Have at least 1 year of work experience in troubleshooting and ticketing.
Have at least 1 year of Technical Support experience.
Have experience as a Software Support experience.
Responsibilities of Job Application:
Mandarin Technical Support is responsible for analyzing complex issues by reviewing product-specific logs and utilizing root-cause analysis skills.
Will serve as the contact person for customers and will answer inquiries regularly via phone calls, email, and remote sessions.
Mandarin Technical Support will identify the root cause of problems users face with product software, such as application crashes, compatibility issues, installation errors, or network connectivity problems.
Assisting users with account-related issues like password resets, account access, and licensing concerns.
