G S Granite Outlet Ltd at 275 Debaets Street, Suite#4, Winnipeg, MB is hiring retail store supervisor for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to supervise, co-ordinate the sales representatives or cashiers, manage and stock inventory, establish work schedules, hire or train new staff, reconcile cash during shift, authorize discounts/ refunds, prepare reports regarding sales volumes/merchandising/personal matters at the end of day, report to the store manager, resolve customer complaints/ supply shortages, ensure items are displayed in store properly, authorize payments by cheques and return of merchandise. Must be able to communicate in English. Minimum education as completion of high school is required. Minimum experience of 7 months to 1 years in sales is required, experience in relevant products sales will be an asset. Salary of $ 21.50/hr. will be given.
