Job Description:
Operate a fuel oil delivery truck to transport fuel to customer locations.
Load fuel oil at terminals and unload it into customer storage tanks.
Record delivery details including quantities, times, and customer information.
Follow all safety procedures when handling and transporting hazardous materials.
Wear proper protective gear and respond to emergencies such as spills.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during deliveries.
Maintain a valid CDL with necessary endorsements (HAZMAT and Tanker).
Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Employment requirements:
-Grade 12 is required
-experience is an asset
-Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles) is required
