REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Having 5 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or digital asset management.
Familiarity with data validation tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and basic SQL or query languages for managing and analyzing data.
Experience working with DAM systems (e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager) and content management systems (CMS).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Develop, implement, and monitor data quality control processes for the Digital Asset Management system to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of digital assets.
Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies within the Digital Asset Management system.
Maintaining the integrity of digital assets, ensuring they meet internal standards, and supporting efficient workflows across marketing teams.
Work closely with marketing, creative, IT, and product teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and well-structured for use across campaigns and platforms.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on maintaining data quality standards
