REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Having 8 years of experience in digital asset management, marketing operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on managing marketing and creative assets in a digital environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and handle complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Led the development, implementation, and optimization of the digital
asset management Digital Asset Management strategy, aligning it with marketing and business objectives.
Oversee the organization and structuring of digital assets within the Digital Asset Management system.
Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management system, troubleshooting issues, improving functionality, and ensuring the system remains efficient and scalable.
Provide training and support to internal teams on how to use the Digital Asset Management system effectively.
Work with external vendors or agencies to integrate assets into the Digital Asset Management system.
