Job duties:
– Prepare and cook full course of
meals.
– Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods.
– Plan menus.
– Work with minimal supervision.
– Determine size portions ensuring least wastage.
– Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
– Follow sanitation procedures and ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas.
– Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
Employment Requirements:
Languages - English.
Education - No degree, certificate or
diploma.
Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years.
