Job Responsibilities:
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Responsible for implementing the policies and strategies planned by the MD,
Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
Ensuring the achievement of business objectives through operational coordination, team management, and process improvements.
Ensure legal and policy compliance.
Identify risks and drive operational improvements.
Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in any field. (Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Minimum 8 years of experience in management operation.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Preferred technical background (Plastic injection moulding)
Strong cross-functional leadership.
Experience with Abas ERP software .
