Job Duties:
- Prepare & cook full-course meals, individual dishes & food items including vegetarian & nonvegetarian curry items.
- Make different kinds of naan, chicken, fish, and meat specialties in Tandoor (Clay oven) according to the menu items and/or guest preference if asked for.
- Assist in introducing new dishes to the menu.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
- Monitoring and estimating the daily supplies as required.
- Instruct and train staff in the preparation of dishes.
Job Requirements:
Secondary School.
1-2 years of experience as a cook
