We are looking for 2 Kitchen Supervisors for our restaurant.
Job Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school.
2 years of experience in food preparation or service

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Schedule staff to meet demand.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of food and service.
- Train staff in duties, health, and safety procedures.
- Estimate requirements of ingredients and supplies needed and order accordingly.
- Ensure special dietary needs or requests are being catered to.
- Maintain sales, stock, and wastage records.
