1378323 BC Ltd dba Squires Four Public House at 6301 Stickle Rd, Vernon, BC is hiring Kitchen Manager for a full-time position. Duties would be to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, ensure food meet the quality standards, manage inventory for food and beverage items to ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked, work with chefs to ensure that the menu is correct and up-to-date, record waste and food consumption during the shift, train staff in food service, ensure that the staff preparing food is following standard procedures, maintain hygiene and keep the restaurant clean as per standard, participate in health and other franchisor inspections, attend customer complaints resolve any complaints arising out of service. Experience of 7 months or more in food industry is required. Program related to hospitality management would be an asset. Education minimum high school is required. Language required is English. Must be available evenings and weekends. Salary would be $22.00/hr. Minimum work of 30 Hrs to 40 Hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
