Responsibilities
To prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly management financial reports, budgets, forecasts & variance analysis.
Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
Oversee the operations of the treasury department and forecast cashflow positions.
To prepare and coordinate the yearly audit schedule, documents and taxation matters with external auditor & tax department.
Assist in liaise with internal parties within the Company & Group of Company to gather and provide the information required.
Assist in other matters including system implementation, expense analysis and other ad hoc reports.
Qualifications
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in preparation of financial statements with audit experience is preferred.
Positive working attitude and ability to multi-task.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
