Open to Foreign Nationals with permanent visa Must be willing to work in shifts, generally the graveyard shift Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage Good in Communication, Organization, and Comprehension Skills Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet) Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat. Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
