Mr. Shawarma Cafe Ltd. at Unit-104, 1305 Frances St, Vancouver, BC is hiring Operations Manager-Food Trucks/Restaurant Chain for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants kitchen and food trucks
• Determine services/food/dishes to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training involved in cooking and supervising trucks
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Analyze customer complaints to resolve at its best and plan improvements of any delinquencies. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for caterings.
• Oversee daily warehouse kitchen operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment
• To oversee operation sales and marketing operations including develop marketing strategies to get the word out about company to expand client base for all locations
Requirements & terms:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 year in management is required. Experience in management of food service management is an asset
Wage: $37.00/hr
Language: English
Work: 30-40 hours per week
