Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 Negotiable

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Proficient in Dutch and English Language
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
❍ Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
❍ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
❍ Analyze call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
❍ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
❍ Perform other related tasks
