Position: Vietnamese Speaking Technical Support (FOR POOLING)

Account: Video Streaming Account
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000 Monthly
Location: Bridgetowne, QC or Pasig (Boundary of Quezon City & Pasig)
Work Schedule: Nightshift (9 PM - 6 AM/ 10 PM - 7 AM)
Work setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Vietnamese speakers located in the Philippines
Vietnamese who can speak, read and write English language
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any IT related courses
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
With basic troubleshooting skills or related skills is a plus
Willing to work in Quezon City ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer the technical inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
Assist the users on how to escalate the technical issues
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Responsible for identifying, providing resolution and reporting the technical concerns.
