JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
️Thai National in Philippines
️Bachelor’s Degree graduate
️Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
️With IT Helpdesk Experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
️Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
️Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
️Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
