Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 85,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Foreign Nationals fluent in Estonian Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course ❍ Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Handle and manage inquiries over phone/emails
Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management
Perform other related tasks
