Position: Korean HR Background Check Specialist

Salary: PHP 70,000 PHP 80,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Dayshift

JOB QUALIFICATION:
Korean National proficient in English
Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
Must be Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or any 4 year course
With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inbound calls and requested related to Employment details, Education background.
Reference check of employees, managers, ETC.
Verifying employment information to reference checks provided by the employee
Performing background checks and ensuring data provided of the employee on his records are accurate and valid.
Support Local HR Team in improving all HR programs and the implementation
